Rick Bergen: President & CEO

Rick brings his 29 years of entrepreneurial experience to the ZeroPoint mission along with a proven track record of success, skill, and talent in the direct sales and multi-level industries.

Rick spent six years as Owner/President of Advanced Floor Technology, an industrial floor coating contractor where he successfully negotiated and performed public, private and government contracts. His professional career also includes three years in real estate development and sales, where he was an appraiser, project manager, and owner of several developments.

Since 1986, Mr. Bergen has devoted his full-time efforts to the network marketing industry, growing and energizing several large organizations to record-setting sales. Along the way, Rick built several marketing and training offices from the ground up and managed national expansion plans for a large telecommunications company. Rick’s deep knowledge and skill-sets include business plan development, compensation plan writing, capital and technology acquisition, marketing collateral development and operational integrity.

In 1997, Rick opened his full-time consulting practice serving the network marketing industry, assisting dozens of companies in all aspects of their development. In the fields of ZeroPoint, Energy, and EMF protection, Rick consulted for a new start-up in 2001 and shortly thereafter, concluded that energetic balancing was the future of healing. He has since spent many years learning about the human energetic body and products to help balance and heal through new technologies grounded in the promising science of quantum physics.

Rick Fleshman: VP Marketing

Rick Fleshman comes from a 20 year back ground serving every level of the Network Marketing industry.  He received his initial mentoring from two of the top earners in the business. After his initial experience with a large company at the distributor level, he went on to create a significant passive income for the next 7 years, both as an independent representative and at the corporate level.

In 1993, after serving as National Marketing Director for a nutritional supplement company, he founded Full Circle Network Communications.  FCN quickly became a leading provider of enhanced telecom products, carving-out a rapidly expanding niche that served the communications needs of the Direct Sales and Network Marketing industries. 

Rick sold the company in 1998 and quickly became one of the most sought after consultants in the network marketing industry. His clients ranged from large multi-nationals to start-ups. Rick has a long-standing and profound connection to the ZeroPoint Technology and he’s motivated to create premium marketing tools to present our cutting edge products.
