Three Ways to Place Consultants

Before we talk about the three ways to place new Consultants, we need to state this again in bold: all placements are final.  Now that we're rolling, adjusting your downline brings more complications than you can imagine.

Okay, there are three ways to place your new Consultant:

·      Balanced Power Team

·      Balanced

·      Manual

Balanced Power Team is the default - this is what happens if you leave all settings alone.  We recommend leaving Balanced Power Team as your default because the computer will place your new Consultant business based on your volume - which is the way your commission is paid.  So, it works to your best advantage.  By the way, this used to be known as "Balanced Power Leg."  We're shifting our speaking from legs to teams for obvious reasons!

Balanced places new Consultants based on the Volume number of the business Consultants on your Teams at that point in time, keeping them in balance, since that is what you receive your 10%  binary commissions on.

The Manual setting allows you to place new Consultants in any open spots in your organization.

Remember: once placed, you will not be able to make adjustments.  So, when in doubt, please leave the default alone.
