Price Increases

 

A lot of faxes are making it in under the fax deadline and are benefitting from the old pricing. Online orders in by midnight tonight still receive that same benefit.  New pricing will be applied to ALL orders beginning May 2nd.

 

All new pricing details will be posted online by the end of the day.  The basic pricing structure for products and packages was described in yesterday's bulletin.

Orders

 

DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE AND THEN FAX THE ORDER IN TO THE COMPANY, OR VISA VERSA - IT WILL CAUSE CHALLENGES, SUCH AS DOUBLE-BILLING YOUR CREDIT CARDS.

 

Only the new forms will be accepted via fax after Midnight Pacific time tonight.  Please trash all old forms.  All new forms will be posted online by the end of the day today.

 

Clock at MidnightThe online ordering system will be down for approximately 24 hours to accommodate changes in the software. This period will begin at midnight Hawaii time tonight.

 

The basic back office tutorial has been posted to the website.  Click on Resources and look under the Training heading.  The tutorial walks you through the basics of sign up, including placing initial orders.

 

     Bulk ordering is not available online at this time.

Product and Shipping Notes

 

After another record-breaking month, product shipping time remains at 7 - 10 business days, which translates to about two weeks.

 

All pendant products purchased at the new pricing will include our new bails.  For those of you not in the jewelry business, a bail is that clasp everyone has been asking for which attaches to pendants and provides a clean ride for your favorite chain.  Bails will be available at a small price for all existing pendants some time in May.  Note: Bails do not fit older pendants with coins.

From the Field

 

A friend of mine cracked her rib.  I loaned her one of my coasters and it immediately stuck -- for a week.  After a week the coaster does not stick any more but the pendant does. 

 

It has saved her from a lot of pain -- no pain unless she had to take it off for some reason.

 

It usually takes her about 6 weeks to recover from a cracked rib.  She's had a cracked rib three times in the past.  This 4th time has definitely been the easiest!
