Something exciting is happening! Because of your amazing work we have been flooded with orders as more and more people see the demonstration of ZeroPoint products. In watching these orders come through the new online back office, we are seeing a few things that we must improve before releasing it to the entire field. For that reason, we are temporarily reverting to manual processing.
What does this mean for you? First, your orders, and your checks, will continue to go out. That's always been our top priority.
Since we'll be processing orders manually for a few weeks, you may notice a slight delay of just a day or two in receiving your orders and checks.
The main impact is that we're going to delay the processing ability from your back office until the end of April. That way we'll be sure it's robust enough to meet the increasing demand placed on it by everyone's fantastic success.
We'll soon send out emails with your login info and password. You'll be able to send people to your replicated website and you'll be able to view your back office. You'll be able to see it - you just won't be able to use it. There will be no online processing, so you'll continue to fax in your orders as before.
Let's concentrate on keeping the ball rolling and let the computer catch up.
