Please Join Us in Your Back Office!

 

It's time to come in and take a peek.

 

Before the week is up, you'll be receiving your Username and Password in order to log in. We invite you to go into your back office and explore...

 

While you will not be able to sign up consultants or place orders yet, there are several things you'll want to do right away:

 

1.      Verify that your account information is accurate.

2.      Verify that your binary organization includes all of your consultants.

Accessing Your Back Office Online
 

Here are basic instructions for accessing and using your back office online:

 

1.      Go to www.zeropointglobal.com

 

2.      Click Consultant Login at the top right-hand side of the site.

3.      The Login screen displays.

4.      Type in your Username.

 

5.      Type in your Password.

 

6.      Click Login.

 

               The little clock indicates that your request is being processed.

 
NOTE: The first time you log in, you will need to change your password. The screen changes but appears to be the same screen you were just on. However, this is the prompt to enter a new password. Enter a new one with a minimum of 8 letters or numbers; then click Login.

 

7.      The Account Details screen of the Account Info tab displays.

8.      Review the information. If any corrections are needed, you can make them yourself by simply tying in the correct information.

 

9.      If you want the Company Name, not the Consultant's name, to show in the binary and genealogy screens and on your replicated website, click the Display company only box.

10.    Click the Save button to save the information currently displayed in the form.

·        If you change your mind about some corrections you've made and you have not yet saved the form, click the Refresh button to go back to the data that was last saved.  It will show as such the next time you log in.

 

11.    Click the Binary tab to view your organization.

·        Rest your mouse on any square with a rotating red or blue circle to view information about that specific consultant.

·        Review the information.

·        If any corrections are needed, please email info@zeropointglobal.com and provide detailed information.

·        NOTE: A correction means incorrect information, i.e., name spelling, volume.

 

12.    Click the Genealogy tab to view your organization in a different way.

·        This is the place to check and make sure everyone you have sponsored is in the system.

·        You will want to view the Unilevel - Tree view, which is the default on that page. Use the radio buttons on the lower right-hand side of the page to verify and/or choose the correct view.

13.    Click Logout to exit your back office.

... to get familiar with where everything is - this way you'll be ready when the time comes - very soon - to begin signing up consultants and placing orders through your back office.
